For help with Driftwave, use the support contact below. Include your device model, iOS or browser version, and a brief description of the issue. Never send passwords, payment-card details or Apple verification codes.

No sound?

Check the volume and current Bluetooth or headphone output. Tap Play again after a call or headphone disconnection. Binaural mode requires stereo headphones. Start at a low, comfortable volume.

Purchases and cancellation

Use Restore purchases in the iPhone app while signed into the Apple Account used to purchase. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription. For refunds, visit Apple’s Report a Problem. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions.

Offline listening

The iPhone app bundles the generator and library images; saved selections are bookmarks rather than downloaded recordings. The browser app needs an initial connection. Custom sessions are temporary.

Privacy

Use You → Delete local data to remove your local favorites, recent sessions, saved selections and sleep log. See Privacy choices for other requests.
